When the game starts the windows is very small.
I have the fullscreen option checked, but its doesn't load as fullscreen.
I've installed the patch, and even tried reinstalling everything...

How do I correct this??

It sounds like a screen resolution problem. To see it properly, your screen needs to be set for a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. You may have a widescreen monitor rather than 4:3 - or it may just be set to a different resolution.

On an XP system, right click on the desktop and select PROPERTIES.

From the new window, select the SETTINGS tab. You will see a slider in the bottom left under the title Screen Resolution. Set that to 1024 x 768. Then click APPLY.

If you have a different OS (operating system) than XP, the procedure will be different but the principle is the same.

Another thing you need to look at is your video card settings. Some video cards do not allow the program to change the "screen aspect ratio"
Here is an easy fix for it.
1. go to your display settings
2. click on the settings tab, and go to advanced.
3. on the adapter tab check to see if there is a box that says "Maintain aspect ratio" checked. If it is checked, uncheck it. Not all cards will have this, but this is usually where it is.
