DD Troubleshooting - fullscreen not working

On an XP system, right click on the desktop and select PROPERTIES.

From the new window, select the SETTINGS tab. You will see a slider in the bottom left under the title Screen Resolution. Set that to 1024 x 768. Then click APPLY.

If you have a different OS (operating system) than XP, the procedure will be different but the principle is the same.

Here is an easy fix for it.
1. go to your display settings
2. click on the settings tab, and go to advanced.
3. on the adapter tab check to see if there is a box that says "Maintain aspect ratio" checked. If it is checked, uncheck it. Not all cards will have this, but this is usually where it is.
